Gluten-free “Far Breton”

INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)

  • 20 Organic Prunes
  • 120g Rice Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 L Skimmed Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Vanilla Bean


  1. Mix the eggs, milk and honey. Break the vanilla bean in two ans place the grains in the preparation. Pour this preparation on flour and mix
  2. Dispose the prunes in a silicon dish and pour the other preparation on top
  3. Cook it during 10 min at 220°C and then 25 min at 200°
