Milk Rice

Cooking : 20 min

INGREDIENTS ( for 2 people)

  • 100g Round Rice
  • 150ml Skimmed Milk
  • 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla Pod

PREPARATION

  1. Boil water in a casserole, cook the rice during 2 min and rince it with cold water
  2. In a casserole, boil the milk and add the Vanilla pod and rice, Cook the rice inside during 15 min while mixing
  3. Take out the Vanilla Pod and add the Brown Sugar. Mix during 5 min
  4. Pour the Milk Rice in two ramequins. Enjoy it hot or cold
