INGREDIENTS ( for 2 people)
- 100g Round Rice
- 150ml Skimmed Milk
- 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Vanilla Pod
PREPARATION
- Boil water in a casserole, cook the rice during 2 min and rince it with cold water
- In a casserole, boil the milk and add the Vanilla pod and rice, Cook the rice inside during 15 min while mixing
- Take out the Vanilla Pod and add the Brown Sugar. Mix during 5 min
- Pour the Milk Rice in two ramequins. Enjoy it hot or cold
