INGREDIENTS (2 people)
For the salad
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 small white Mushrooms
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Shallot
- 1/2 garlic Chive
- 1 Tuna can 125g
- 1 Corn can 150g
- 1 can Mungo Bean
- 4 slices Conté Cheese
For the dressing
- 3 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
PREPARATION
- Wash, cut and slice the vegetables and put them in a salad bowl. Add the tuna, the corn, the mungo beans and the Conté
- In another bowl, mix the mustard with the vinegar, add the olive oil. Pour the dressing on the salad and serve in nice bowls. Enjoy!
