Tapenade

Preparation: 10 min

INGREDIENTS (for 8 people)

  • 200g pitted black Olives
  • 5 Anchovis filets
  • 8 Capers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 tsp Olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer, blend
  2. Spread the mixture on grilled toasts for serving
