INGREDIENTS (2 people)
- 2 large slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 Eggplant
- 1 Tomato
- 2 handful Lettuce
- 1 Mozzarella sachet
- Virgin Olive Oil
PREPARATION
- Wash and slice the eggplant then cook it a bit in a pan. Slice the tomato and mozzarella
- On a slice of bread, put the tomatoes, the mozzarella and eggplant. Grill it in the oven during 10 min
- Once cooked, spread a handful of lettuce in each plate, add a bit of olive oil, and add the grilled toasts. Enjoy!
