Grilled Toasts

Cooking time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS (2 people)

  • 2 large slices of whole grain bread
  • 1/2 Eggplant
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 handful Lettuce
  • 1 Mozzarella sachet
  • Virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION

  1. Wash and slice the eggplant then cook it a bit in a pan. Slice the tomato and mozzarella
  2. On a slice of bread, put the tomatoes, the mozzarella and eggplant. Grill it in the oven during 10 min
  3. Once cooked, spread a handful of lettuce in each plate, add a bit of olive oil, and add the grilled toasts. Enjoy!
