INGREDIENTS (6 people)
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 organic Tomatoes
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Eggplant
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Chorizo
- 3 organic Eggs
- 1 glass skimmed milk
PREPARATION
- In a pan, cook very lightly the vegetables and chorizo cut in slices
- Unroll the puff pastry, lay it in a round cooking pan. Add the lighty-cooked veggies and chorizo
- In a bowl, beat the egg whites in the form of an omelette and add the milk. Pour the mix on the pan
- Cook it during 30 min at 200° and serve your homemade quiche with some green lettuce!
