Chorizo and vegetables Quiche

INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 2 organic Tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Eggplant
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Chorizo
  • 3 organic Eggs
  • 1 glass skimmed milk

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, cook very lightly the vegetables and chorizo cut in slices
  2. Unroll the puff pastry, lay it in a round cooking pan. Add the lighty-cooked veggies and chorizo
  3. In a bowl, beat the egg whites in the form of an omelette and add the milk. Pour the mix on the pan
  4. Cook it during 30 min at 200° and serve your homemade quiche with some green lettuce!
