Crushed Avocados

Preparation: 10 min

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 4 Avocados
  • 10 cooked Shrimps
  • 2 organic Tomatoes
  • 1 Tuna can
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp light mayonnaise

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the avocados, take the flesh out and crush with a fork. Add the diced-cut tomatoes and the tuna. Mix well
  2. Add the lemon juice, the mayonnaise, and mix well again. Keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving
