INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 4 Avocados
- 10 cooked Shrimps
- 2 organic Tomatoes
- 1 Tuna can
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tsp light mayonnaise
PREPARATION
- Cut the avocados, take the flesh out and crush with a fork. Add the diced-cut tomatoes and the tuna. Mix well
- Add the lemon juice, the mayonnaise, and mix well again. Keep in fridge for 1 hour before serving
