Summer Fruit Brochettes

INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 24 Grapes
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 Pineapple
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 12 wooden sticks

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and cut the fruits in dices. Skewer the fruits on the sticks, then sprinkle with lemon juice
  2. In a pan, plut the brochettes at low fire and cook them for 2 min on each side. Once they are a bit golden, you can eat them!
