INGREDIENTS (6 people)
- 6 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 glass skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
PREPARATION
- Pour the milk in a bowl. Take another bowl and beat the eggs like an omelette, add sugar
- Dip the bread in the liquid mix. In a pan, cook the bread slices on each side for 5 min at medium fire. Once cooked, sprinkle your french toasts with some vanilla sugar 🙂
