French Toasts

INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 6 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar

PREPARATION

  1. Pour the milk in a bowl. Take another bowl and beat the eggs like an omelette, add sugar
  2. Dip the bread in the liquid mix. In a pan, cook the bread slices on each side for 5 min at medium fire. Once cooked, sprinkle your french toasts with some vanilla sugar 🙂
