“Citronnade” lemonade

The best one yet! Very refreshing and rehydrating, lemonade is simple and fast to make. You just need water, pour homemade lemon juice, and a tip of Stevia or honey. Keep it in the fridge for a while before serving.

Very rich in antioxidants, lemon will help you to reduce cell aging, and fill up in vitamin C as well as detoxicate your body! With only 40kcal, you can drink as many homemade lemonade as you like without gaining 1 gram.

Granitas

Thick and very refreshing, a granita is between ice cream and sorbet.

Its preparation is quite easy:

  • Squeeze an orange
  • In a casserole, boil some water, and keep it cool
  • Add the orange juice and pour everything  on a cooking pan and place it in the freezer during minimum one hour
  • Finally, scratch it off with a fork to form the granita

You can drink your granita on the beach or walking around the streets of your city. You can drink it not only with oranges but also with lemons, strawberries, raspberries, mint…
