Maïa’s Salty Cake

Cooking time: 45 min

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 4 organic eggs
  • 100g green olives
  • 1/2 chorizo
  • 1 zucchini
  • 250g flour
  • 10cl olive oil
  • 1tbsp baking powder

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the zucchini and cut in dices. Cut the olives in two and half-sliced the chorizo
  2. In a bowl, pour the flour, the baking powder, olive oil and eggs. Mix until you get a homogeneous dough and add the zucchini, the chorizo and the olives
  3. Pour the prep in a cake pan and cook at 200° for 45 min. Serve it lukewarm or cold
