Crème Caramel

INGREDIENTS (2 people)

Crème

  • 2 Organic Eggs
  • 250ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp liquid vanilla

Caramel

  • 6 sugar pieces n. 4
  • 2 lemon slices

PREPARATION

  1. Pour in a casserole the 6 pieces of sugar and let them melt slowly until the color is brown: the caramel. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon. Pour the caramel in 2 ramekins
  2. In a casserole, heat the milk and the liquid vanilla. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture becomes white. Add the hot milk and keep mixing
  3. Cook everything for 180° during 20 min at water bath. Once cooked, put the ramekins in the fridge for 4 hours minimum. Unmold before serving
