INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 200g cooked pasta
- 3 organic tomatoes
- 3 organic whit mushrooms
- 1 organic cucumber
- 2 organic avocados
- 100g Organic black Olive
- 6 organic eggs
- 2 Mozzarella Di Bufala scoops
- 2 tsp Virgin Olive Oil
PREPARATION
- Wash the vegetables. Cut the tomates in quarter, olives in 2, slice the mozzarella. Cut the cucumber and avocado in dice, slice the white mushrooms, and eggs in 2. Poor the vegetables in a salad bowl
- Add the al dente cooked pasta, mix the whole salad and poor the Olive Oil on top before serving
