INGREDIENTS (6 people)
- Puff paste
- 800g organic Rhubarb, washed
- 120g Liquid Cream
- 100g powdered sugar
- 2 organic eggs
PREPARATION
- De-roll the puff paste, put it in a pan cake and pinch the paste with a fork. Add the rhubarb cut in pieces. Sprinkle the tart with sugar. Cook for 20 min at 180° in the oven
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and the cream and pour it on top of the tart. Continue cooking (15-20 min) until the top of the tart is golden. Serve lukewarm or cold.

To avoid acidity from the rhubarb, put it in sugar for 1 hour before making the tart!
