Veal Steam roulade

INGREDIENTS (2 people)

  • 2 Veal escalope
  • 1 organic onion
  • 1 organic shallot
  • 1 organic garlic clove
  • 4 leaves Basil
  • 2 Parsley sprig

PREPARATION

  1. Spread and push a bit on the escalope. Mix with onion, garlic, shallots, basil, parsley. Spread the mix on the escalopes, roll the escalope and plastic wrap it
  2. Cook it under pressure or in boiled water
