Preparation: 10 min
INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
- 300g of fresh raspberries
- 2 organic egg whites
- 2 gelatin leaves
PREPARATION
- Crush the raspberries and soften the gelatin in a cold water bowl
- In a pot, put the mashed raspberries at low fire temperature. When it’s hot, take it away from the fire
- Strain the gelatin and place it in the hot raspberries so that it melts. Beat the egg whites and mix it into the preparation. Once it’s all carefully mixed you can place it in the fridge for 2h, then enjoy!
