Cod with Fennel and Tomatoes

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

  • 2 Cod fillets
  • 300 ml of mashed tomatoes
  • 1 organic onion
  • 1 organic fennel
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of safran
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the onion and fennel, cook them in a pan with some water, add the mashed tomatoes and the wine. Keep it simmer
