INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
- 400g of organic potatoes
- 1 glass of skimmed milk
- 250g of ground beef with 5% of fat
- 100g of tomato sauce
- 1 organic onion
- Herbesde Provence
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
PREPARATION
- Cook the potatoes in the milk. Cut the onion and cook it in a pan, add the tomatoes, the herbs and simmer it during 5 min then add the beef
- Make homemade mashed potatoes by adding salt, pepper and nutmeg
- In a dish, place a layer of beef, mashed potatoes, beef, mashed potatoes (and so on…). Cook it in the oven at 200°C during 10 min. Try it with mixed lettuce, it’s going to be good!
