Summer’s favorite : carrot salad

Preparation: 10 min

INGREDIENTS (2 people)

  • 4 organic carrots
  • 1 handful of raisins (dried)
  • 1 organic lime
  • 2 tsp of virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp of Cider vinegar
  • Black pepper

PREPARATION

  • Peal the carrots, grate them
  • In a bowl, mix the lemon, oil and vinegar and seasoning them with the black pepper
  • In a nice bowl, put the carrots, the raisins and season everything with the homemade vinaigrette… Enjoy!
