INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
- 300g of organic pears
- 4 tsp of Maïzena (corn flour)
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1 glass of skimmed milk
- 1 glass of light liquid cream
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Cut the pears in quarters and place them in a buttered pan
- Mix together the eggs, sugar, milk, liquid cream, maïzena and salt, until you get a homogenized mixture
- Bake for 45 min in the oven at 180°C
