Light Pear Pudding ‘Clafoutis’

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

  • 300g of organic pears
  • 4 tsp of Maïzena (corn flour)
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 glass of skimmed milk
  • 1 glass of light liquid cream
  • 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the pears in quarters and place them in a buttered pan
  2. Mix together the eggs, sugar, milk, liquid cream, maïzena and salt, until you get a homogenized mixture
  3. Bake for 45 min in the oven at 180°C
