INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
- 1 sweet potato
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Fresh thyme
- Sea salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven at 180°C
- Peel the sweet potato and cut it in the shape of a french fries
- Put the cut potatoes on a pan covered with a brush, pour Olive Oil and some thyme, salt and pepper
- Cook for 15-20 min in the oven, having a look regularly
