Homemade almond milk

Preparation: 1 night + 20 min

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • Large mug organic almonds
  • 4 mugs Water
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • Sea salt
  • Vanilla clove
  • 1 blender
  • A very fine mesh strainer

PREPARATION

  1. Soak the almonds in water during 1 night
  2. Rince them, put them in your blender, add the 4 mugs of water and mix well
  3. Use the mesh strainer to take off the milk, or use a cotton napkin
  4. Add salt, syrup and vanilla clove
