Easy to make Guacamole

Preparation: 15 min

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 2 organic cherry tomato grapes
  • Sea salt
  • Black Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Take the avocado flesh out and put it in a bowl, smash with a fork and squeeze the lemon while mixing
  2. Take 2-3 tomatoes cut in small cubes, plut them in the avocado and lemon mixture and season with salt and pepper
  3. Serve in small ramequins and decorate them with extra cherry tomatoes
