INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 2 Avocados
- 1 organic lemon
- 2 organic cherry tomato grapes
- Sea salt
- Black Pepper
PREPARATION
- Take the avocado flesh out and put it in a bowl, smash with a fork and squeeze the lemon while mixing
- Take 2-3 tomatoes cut in small cubes, plut them in the avocado and lemon mixture and season with salt and pepper
- Serve in small ramequins and decorate them with extra cherry tomatoes
