Mushroom Omelette

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 8 Organic Eggs
  • 2 handfuls fresh mushrooms
  • Skimmed milk
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the mushrooms and slice them
  2. In a bowl, break the eggs and mix them with some milk, salt and black pepper
  3. Put the mushrooms in a hot pan, poor the beaten eggs on top and cook the omelette at low fire
