INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 8 Organic Eggs
- 2 handfuls fresh mushrooms
- Skimmed milk
- Sea salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- Wash the mushrooms and slice them
- In a bowl, break the eggs and mix them with some milk, salt and black pepper
- Put the mushrooms in a hot pan, poor the beaten eggs on top and cook the omelette at low fire
