Light Plum Clafoutis

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 500g Washed and pitted Plums
  • 4 Organic eggs
  • 125g Flour
  • 30 cl Skimmed milk
  • 80g Brown sugar
  • Butter
  • Salt


  1. Cut the plums in quarters and put them in individual buttered ramekins going in the oven
  2. In a big bowl, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar. Poor the flour, milk and mix until you have a fluid dough. Put in oven during 40 min at 180°. Serve lukewarm
