Nuts & Roquefort Apple Salad

Preparation: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 2 organic Granny apples
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Roquefort cheese
  • 1 handful of Spinach
  • 2 handful of wallnuts
  • Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the apples and the cucumber in fine slices, put them in plates with spinach
  2. Pour some Olive oil, add (a bit) of salt and pepper (to your taste)
  3. Add some walnuts on top with some roquefort… Enjoy your meal!
