INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 2 organic Granny apples
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Roquefort cheese
- 1 handful of Spinach
- 2 handful of wallnuts
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- Cut the apples and the cucumber in fine slices, put them in plates with spinach
- Pour some Olive oil, add (a bit) of salt and pepper (to your taste)
- Add some walnuts on top with some roquefort… Enjoy your meal!
