Black Grape Jam

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 500g organic Black Grapes
  • 250g Sugar
  • 1 Lemon
  • Water

PREPARATION

  1. Wash and remove seeds from grapes with a trombone
  2. Place them in a cooker with sugar, lemon juice and a full glass of water
  3. Let it “jam” for 30 min, cool off and start over again
  4. Bring to boil. Sterilize jam pots by diving them in boiling water, drain them on a clean cloth then fill them up with the jam, upside down to take out the air from them
