INGREDIENTS (6 people)
- 20 peeled Shallots
- 25g Butter
- 4 tbsp virgin Olive oil
- 1 puff pastry
- Pepper
- Thyme
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 180° C. In a large casserole, cook the shallots with olive oil and butter until they get caramelized
- Spread the puff pastry in a cake pan going in the oven
- Spread the shallots on the puff pastry, pour some pepper and thyme and place in oven for 45 min
