INGREDIENTS (6 people)
- 6 Cod steaks
- 5 organic Carrots
- 2 sliced Leeks
- 6 Potatoes
- 6 organic Eggs
Aïoli sauce
- 2 greek yogurts
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Garlic cloves
PREPARATION
- Cook the vegetables and the fish in a simmer steamer
- Mix the yogurt, the mustard and the garlic together to make the Aïoli dressing
- Serve everything with the sauce

The most caloric in the Aïoli is the dressing, that’s why I changed a bit to the lighter version and replace the mayo with yogurt… YUMMY!
