Light Aïoli

INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 6 Cod steaks
  • 5 organic Carrots
  • 2 sliced Leeks
  • 6 Potatoes
  • 6 organic Eggs

Aïoli sauce

  • 2 greek yogurts
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 Garlic cloves

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the vegetables and the fish in a simmer steamer
  2. Mix the yogurt, the mustard and the garlic together to make the Aïoli dressing
  3. Serve everything with the sauce

The most caloric in the Aïoli is the dressing, that’s why I changed a bit to the lighter version and replace the mayo with yogurt… YUMMY!
