INGREDIENTS (8 people)
- 100g Oatmeal
- 50g Cashews
- 50g crushed Almonds
- 50g crushed Hazelnuts
- 25g dried Cranberries or/and Raisins
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp powdered Cinnamon
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven at 180°C. Mix all the ingredients
- Spread the mix on a cooking pan
- Put in the oven for 30 min. Cool down before cutting in “bar” shape
