Homemade Cereal Bar

Cooking: 30 min

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 100g Oatmeal
  • 50g Cashews
  • 50g crushed Almonds
  • 50g crushed Hazelnuts
  • 25g dried Cranberries or/and Raisins
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp powdered Cinnamon

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Spread the mix on a cooking pan
  3. Put in the oven for 30 min. Cool down before cutting in “bar” shape
