INGREDIENTS (8 people)
- 6 organic Eggs
- 200ml skimmed Milk
- 4 slices Ham
- Spinach
- Salt and Pepper
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven at 180°C. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk
- Cut the ham in dices and add them to the mix with the spinach, add salt and pepper to your taste
- Put in the oven during 45 min

To make a lighter quiche, I replace cream with milk and bacon with Ham! Serve it hot or cold with some green salad 🙂
