Light “Quiche Lorraine”

Preparation: 20 min

Cooking: 45 min

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 6 organic Eggs
  • 200ml skimmed Milk
  • 4 slices Ham
  • Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.  Beat the eggs in a bowl with the milk
  2. Cut the ham in dices and add them to the mix with the spinach, add salt and pepper to your taste
  3. Put in the oven during 45 min

To make a lighter quiche, I replace cream with milk and bacon with Ham! Serve it hot or cold with some green salad 🙂
