Broccoli Tagliatelles

INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 3 organic Broccoli florets
  • 300g fresh Tagliatelles
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 tbsp virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parmesan

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan, cook the pine nuts during 2 min at low fire. Cut the onion finely
  2. Steam the broccolis until they get soft and tender. Cook the tagliatelles following the instructions
  3. In a bigger pan, pour 2 tbsp oil, cook the onions during a few minutes at low fire and add the broccolis
  4. Add the remaining oil (3 tbsp), the pine nuts and the pastas. Add salt & pepper to your taste and sprinkle with Parmesan
  5. Food is ready!
