Mango Lamb

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • Lamb shoulder (approx. 1kg)
  • 2 Mangos
  • 1 Glass White Wine
  • 1 Onion
  • 3-4 Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 glasses Brown Rice
  • Pepper
  • 300ml Water

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the rice. Peel the mangos and cut it in dices. Keep a few for decoration and add the rest in a cooker 15 min before cooking time ends
  2. In a cooker, cook the meat with oil. Add the cut onion, honey, vinegar, white wine and water. Add pepper to your taste. Stir and cook during 30-35 min at low fire
  3. Serve slices of meat with cooking juice with the mango and rice. Decorate with mint leaves and mango dices
