Homemade Apple Fries

Cooking time: 30 min

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 5 organic Golden Apple
  • 3 organic Eggs
  • 250g whole Flour
  • 20cl Skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Sunflower Oil

PREPARATION

  1. For the dough: Mix the flour, the milk and the eggs
  2. Peel and empty the Apples. Cut in slices and put in the dough
  3. Cook the oil in a pan and with a spoon, add the apples . Cook for 1 min on each side
  4. Strain the fries on a paper and sprinkle with cinnamon
