INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 6 Potatoes
- 4 slices Ham
- 2 glasses skimmed Milk
- Old fashioned mustard
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- Wash and cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 min
- Preheat the oven in grill position. Cut the potatoes and the ham in slices. In a bowl, add the milk, 2 tbsp mustard, pepper & stir.
- Pour the mix in a dish going in the oven, place it under the grill and let it cook until golden for about 5 min
