Fill your glass with sparkling water and add homemade fruit juice for better taste!

Sparkling Rosé

A great alternative to regular rosé, less caloric and more festive… but only one glass!

Light Margarita

Ask your bartender to put fresh squeezed lemon and limit salt and sugar as much as possible!


Prefer drinking white beers than flavored ones. They are less sweet, but limit yourself to one glass of 50cl max! Add a slice of lemon for a fresher taste 🙂

Red Wine

It will be as enjoyable as the other drinks listed in this article,  it has health advantages: it will allow you to get more polyphenols. And best of all, Red wine is a french tradition so enjoy one glass next time you host a party!

And remember, eat and drink in moderation! Hosting a party also means snacking: chips, chips and chips 🙁 . To avoid this, eat some vegetables, an apple or some nuts before the party, but worst of all: do not go on an empty stomach!
