Pear & Almond Tart

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • 5-6 organic peeled Pears
  • 5 tbsp Almonds ground
  • 5 tbsp brown Sugar
  • 4 organic Eggs
  • Butter for the cake pan

PREPARATION

  1. Slice the pears in 2. Pour the mixture in a buttered cake pan and spread the pears on top
  2. Preheat your oven at 180ºC. Mix the eggs with sugar, add the almonds ground
  3. Cook in oven during 30 min
