INGREDIENTS (8 people)
- 5-6 organic peeled Pears
- 5 tbsp Almonds ground
- 5 tbsp brown Sugar
- 4 organic Eggs
- Butter for the cake pan
PREPARATION
- Slice the pears in 2. Pour the mixture in a buttered cake pan and spread the pears on top
- Preheat your oven at 180ºC. Mix the eggs with sugar, add the almonds ground
- Cook in oven during 30 min
