INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 3 Avocados
- 1 small batch light Cream (125g)
- Spices mix (Curry, ginger…)
- 400ml Water
- 1 tbsp virgin Olive Oil
PREPARATION
- Take the avocado flesh out
- In a casserole, heat the water, add the avocado flesh, cream, spices and cook during 10 min
- Mix everything, pour some Olive oil and mix again. Add some seasoning according to your taste
