Spiced Avocado Soup

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 small batch light Cream (125g)
  • Spices mix (Curry, ginger…)
  • 400ml Water
  • 1 tbsp virgin Olive Oil

PREPARATION

  1. Take the avocado flesh out
  2. In a casserole, heat the water, add the avocado flesh, cream, spices and cook during 10 min
  3. Mix everything, pour some Olive oil and mix again. Add some seasoning according to your taste
