INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 4 organic Chicken escalopes
- 1 tbsp virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Garlic chive
- Ground Ginger
PREPARATION
- In a hot pan, cook the oil, honey and ginger (according to your taste) and roast the chicken
- Add garlic, cook for approx. 5 min
- Serve!
