Honey & Ginger Chicken mince

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 4 organic Chicken escalopes
  • 1 tbsp virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Garlic chive
  • Ground Ginger

PREPARATION

  1. In a hot pan, cook the oil, honey and ginger (according to your taste) and roast the chicken
  2. Add garlic, cook for approx. 5 min
  3. Serve!
