INGREDIENTS (6 people)

  • 6 organic Eggs
  • 1L skimmed Milk
  • 2 Vanilla sugar sachets
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
  • Liquid caramel
  • Salt

PREPARATION

  1. For the cream: boil the milk with the Vanilla Pod. Mix the egg yellows and Vanilla Sugar, put in the hot milk and mix during a few minutes. Let it cool down
  2. For the whites: Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, dispose the egg whites and add the cream and the caramel sauce on top
