Light Provincial Codfish

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 4 Codfish pieces
  • 10-12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Zucchinis
  • Shallots
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt, pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the fish and the veggies in a steam cooker
  2. Once cooked, serve everything in nice plates with some lemon juice, shallots and add a bit of salt and pepper 🙂
