Tomato & Spinach Omelette

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 7 organic Eggs
  • 5-6 Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh spinaches (2 handfuls)
  • Virgin Olive oil
  • Curcuma

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the eggs in a bowl with some curcuma
  2. Pour some olive oil in a hot pan, add some spinach leaves and cook it for some minutes
  3. Pour the eggs on top of the pan, and let it cook to your taste
