INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 7 organic Eggs
- 5-6 Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh spinaches (2 handfuls)
- Virgin Olive oil
- Curcuma
PREPARATION
- Mix the eggs in a bowl with some curcuma
- Pour some olive oil in a hot pan, add some spinach leaves and cook it for some minutes
- Pour the eggs on top of the pan, and let it cook to your taste
