- 1 Knorr® Stockpot
- 2 peeled organic Carrots
- 1 Leek
- Coconut Milk (200ml)
- 500ml Water
- 1 Lime
- 1 Lemongrass stalk

PREPARATION
- Peel the ginger, add it to the pot with some pepper. Pour the milk and lime juice and cook for 10-15 min at low fire
- Cut the carrots, the leek and the lemongrass in slices and add it to the hot pot
