Thai Chicken & Coconut soup

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 2 Chicken escalopes
  • 1 Knorr® Stockpot
  • 2 peeled organic Carrots
  • 1 Leek
  • Coconut Milk (200ml)
  • 500ml Water
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Lemongrass stalk
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the ginger, add it to the pot with some pepper. Pour the milk and lime juice and cook for 10-15 min at low fire
  2. Cut the carrots, the leek and the lemongrass in slices and add it to the hot pot
  3. In a casserole, pour the water and add it to the pot while cooking at high fire. Lower it after
  4. Cut the chicken in dice, add it to the pot and cook one last time during 5 min
