Apple Celery Purée

Preparation : 15 min

Cooking : 25 min

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

  • 1 celeriac
  • 2 Organic Apples
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Knorr® Boiler
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Pour water and the Knorr® Boiler in the cooker. Add celery and apples,  cook for approx. 15 min after rotating for some time
  2. Peel the celery and slice the apples
  3. Once cooked, crush everything to make some purée et add some pepper. Enjoy!
