Bulgur Salmon, Cod and Paprika

INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)

  • 150g Bulgur type Ebly
  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 Cod Fillets
  • 4 Organic Carrots
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Light liquid Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pepper


  1. Cut the Cod and Salmon in small pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them
  2. In a boiling water casserole, cook the wheat ad the carrots
  3. In a pan, cook the fish with some Olive Oil and add pepper according to your taste
  4. Add the wheat, the carrots, the light cream and the paprika. Heat up everything, and add some seasoning if you wish

It’s ready!
