INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)
- 150g Bulgur type Ebly
- 2 Salmon Fillets
- 2 Cod Fillets
- 4 Organic Carrots
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tbsp. Light liquid Cream
- 1 tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- Cut the Cod and Salmon in small pieces. Peel the carrots and slice them
- In a boiling water casserole, cook the wheat ad the carrots
- In a pan, cook the fish with some Olive Oil and add pepper according to your taste
- Add the wheat, the carrots, the light cream and the paprika. Heat up everything, and add some seasoning if you wish
