Pressure cooked Eggs and Mushrooms

Cooking: 15 min

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

  •  2 Organic Eggs
  • 1 box of White Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. Light White  Cream
  • Chive
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 2 Ramequins going in the oven

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven at 180° C. Wash and cut the mushrooms, place them in the ramequins with the light cream on top
  2. Dispose 1 Egg per ramequin and sprinkle with Chive, salt and pepper
  3. Put in oven for 10-15 min. Keep an eye on it 🙂
