INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
- 2 Organic Eggs
- 1 box of White Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. Light White Cream
- Chive
- Sea salt and pepper
- 2 Ramequins going in the oven
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven at 180° C. Wash and cut the mushrooms, place them in the ramequins with the light cream on top
- Dispose 1 Egg per ramequin and sprinkle with Chive, salt and pepper
- Put in oven for 10-15 min. Keep an eye on it 🙂
