INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 2 Organic Leeks
- 2 Organic Carrots
- 1 Bunch Broccoli
- 1 Garlic Clove
PREPARATION
- Wash the veggies, cut them in slices and in small pieces
- Steam-cook them during approx. 15 min
- Peel the garlic, cut it in very small pieces and sprinkle it on top of the cooked vegetables
