Steamed Garlic Vegetables

Cooking : 15 min

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 2 Organic Leeks
  • 2 Organic Carrots
  • 1 Bunch Broccoli
  • 1 Garlic Clove

PREPARATION

  1. Wash the veggies, cut them in slices and in small pieces
  2. Steam-cook them during approx. 15 min
  3. Peel the garlic, cut it in very small pieces and sprinkle it on top of the cooked vegetables
