Gluten-free Avocado Cheesecake

Preparation: 20 min

INGREDIENTS (8 people)

  • Philadelphia cheese (150g)
  • 4 Avocados
  • 1 Jelly Sheet
  • 4 tsp. Honey
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Oatmeal biscuit box
  • 100g Soft Butter

PREPARATION

  1. Crush the biscuits, mix them with the soften butter to obtain a homogenous dough and place it in a mold
  2. Crush the Avocado Flesh with a fork, sprinkle it with lime. Mix and add the Philadelphia cheese and honey
  3. Soften the Jelly and incorporate it to the Philadelphia-avocado-honey mix
  4. Spread it on the biscuit dough and put it in the fridge during minimum 2h. Unmold  your cheesecake and decorate it with lime zest 🙂 !
