INGREDIENTS (8 people)
- Philadelphia cheese (150g)
- 4 Avocados
- 1 Jelly Sheet
- 4 tsp. Honey
- 1 Lime
- 1 Oatmeal biscuit box
- 100g Soft Butter
PREPARATION
- Crush the biscuits, mix them with the soften butter to obtain a homogenous dough and place it in a mold
- Crush the Avocado Flesh with a fork, sprinkle it with lime. Mix and add the Philadelphia cheese and honey
- Soften the Jelly and incorporate it to the Philadelphia-avocado-honey mix
- Spread it on the biscuit dough and put it in the fridge during minimum 2h. Unmold your cheesecake and decorate it with lime zest 🙂 !
