INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)
- 20 Organic Prunes
- 120g Rice Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 L Skimmed Milk
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1 Vanilla Bean
PREPARATION
- Mix the eggs, milk and honey. Break the vanilla bean in two ans place the grains in the preparation. Pour this preparation on flour and mix
- Dispose the prunes in a silicon dish and pour the other preparation on top
- Cook it during 10 min at 220°C and then 25 min at 200°
