INGREDIENTS (4 people)
- 500g White Mushrooms
- 4 Organic Chicken Escalope
- Tarragon Mustard
- Water
PREPARATION
- Wash the mushrooms, cut them in slices
- In a pan, cook the escalope and then add the mushrooms
- Dilute 4 tsp. of mustard in some water and add it to the mix in the pan
- Simmer everything during 5 min at low fire
